The Board of Trustees is the Foundation’s governing and administration body, it represents and manages it, and assumes all necessary authority and tasks for the achievement of the foundational purposes.
The trustees hold office for a term of five years and are eligible for re-election indefinitely for equal terms. The trustees hold office free of charge and meet in ordinary session at least once a year.
